What is your cancellation policy?

You are welcome to cancel up until 48 hours before the tour starts. Unfortunately, cancellations within the 48 hour period will not receive a refund. In the rare case we have to cancel a tour, all attendees will receive a full refund.

If it's due to rain that day, will the tour still go ahead?

Yes. Our tours operate come rain or shine. The only time we will cancel a tour is if a weather warning is issued by the Met Office or conditions are dangerous. Our guide will do our best to ensure your experience is comfortable but please come prepared for the weather that day.

We're running behind, can you delay the tour starting?

Out of respect for other tour attendees, we will be starting the tour at the scheduled time.

We missed the tour, can we get a refund?

Unfortunately, if you miss the tour we cannot offer you a refund. If you are delayed and would still like to join, please let us know and we will try to do our best to instruct you on how to find the group.

Are the tours step free?

Currently, both our tours include steps.

I have another accessibility concern, what should I do?

Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding disability and accessibility. We're happy to discuss.

My friend wanted to come, can they just show up and pay?

We work on cashless basis, if someone would like to join last minute please book through our website.

Do I need an oyster card or bus fare for the tour?

Nope. Both tours are fully walking. Just bring yourselves, raincoats or water if required, and most importantly - comfy shoes!

I can't see a confirmation email. Do you send one?

Yes. We send a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you can't see anything from us or FareHarbor please check your spam / junk mail
